Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
At Hawaii Airport Shuttle, we understand that travel plans can change. To accommodate these shifts and provide flexibility to our customers, we offer the following cancellation & refund policies:
Individual Bookings
5 passengers or fewer
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation or change made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee, up to the full cost of the transfer.
Group Bookings
6 passengers or more
- 72-Hour Notice: Our standard cancellation policy requires at least a 72-hour notice for groups of 6 or more to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a fee, which can be up to the entire cost of the booking.
